The hotel is fairly clean, with exceptional personal, and offers perfect location short walk to a subway station and Gold Coast and train line. Rooms are large and fashionable, beds are amazing.

The hotel was quiet and upscale, and the staff were welcoming, liked the comfortable location so close to downtown, the train, the Magnificent Mile. They provided plenty of great choices for breakfast that was included.

Everything was perfect as always. American breakfast was wonderful : cookies and hot waffles. Had modern room with a big balcony. Always absolutely amazing, the staff were ready to help. Adequate facilities and the pool was amazing. The beach was amazing.

The place was reasonably priced. I liked all the hotel offered: spacious beds and corteous staff. Booked a room with impressive views. Hot and light breakfast with lots of cookies and hot waffles.
Wi-Fi was average, made me a little nervous.

We liked our very pleasant staying. Staff was polite, breakfast was substantial with hot waffles and cookies. A clean beach, incredible view. Original playboy mansion was also at a short distance from the hotel. Unique interior, lovely restaurant.

everything was brand new, but we stayed for 2 nights only. trendy looking hotel, fine rooms and perfect staff. our room had a large bed and a scenic view. late check out too. we both liked the food ; it was so much delicious and had lots of options.

I had a fairly nice stay at this secure hotel. Super location, large breakfast, thoughtful service and the staff was incredibly kind. Location close to a public beach. The beach nearby was good and the view was magnificent. I got free upgrade and loved it.

Room was stylish, 10/10, I was pleased. Front line staff were more than superfriendly. The customer service was SUPERB too. Booked it for 4 days and had an absolutely amazing experience.
Communication was challenging, wifi was slow.

We liked the hotel and contemporary decor, it was a lovely experience. The views from our great bedroom were marvellous. Five star location, easy walk to goudy square park. Had hot drinks in the night bar in the evening. Moreover, parking was on site.
